Cancellation Policy
Madison Milan Esthetics understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore, requests more than 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Clients may reschedule their appointments with no charge within 48 hours of the original appointment time.
Appointments may only be rescheduled twice. Reschedules must be made for current availability (within 6 weeks) or your deposit will be forfeited.
If rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a 50% charge on your card as a service fee!
10 minutes late to an appointment will result in a $10 fee. 15 minutes will be a $20 fee. After 20 minutes your appointment is cancelled and marked as a no show and will have to be scheduled again by the customer.
If I do not see you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show”, and your card will be charge for 100% of the service scheduled. This ensures that any upcoming appointments are properly taken care of, and that there is ample amount of time to clean and Sanitize the treatment room. Your esthetician takes time and extreme effort to ensure your happiness, and should be respected as such.
